We can only deliver to the main islands of Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa main island).

Refund and Exchange

Please note that confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
We will provide a full refund in the rare case that we are not able to supply due to extreme weather patterns or other issues.
We cannot guarantee the freshness and quality if the recipient is unavailable for a few days to receive the shipment. We cannot refund in this case.

We will contact you for the payment method within 3 business days after you have filled out the order form.

Delivering process

We deliver the freshest product by arranging the shipment after we receive your orders. We will contact you regarding the estimated delivery date via email or phone within 3 business days.
